MONA AMMAD · MSc, RP

About me.

With over 15 years of experience, my passion for this work continues to grow with each person I have the privilege of supporting.

I am honoured to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with self, explore what matters most, develop skills and create meaningful changes in their lives.

I strive to provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and supported.

Outside of my professional work, I find joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments—spending time with family and friends, meditating, reading, and engaging in creative outlets that leave me feeling grounded, inspired, and energized.

Sessions in English, Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi.
